Where required by law (including the EEA and UK), our processing relies on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Services); legitimate interests (such as securing the platform and improving features); consent (for certain marketing or analytics activities); and compliance with legal obligations.
AdClip may temporarily retain Customer Materials and Generated Output to monitor for abuse, investigate incidents, and enhance model performance. Business customers can request an opt-out from model training by contacting us. We do not use Customer Materials to create content for other customers unless you share or publish outputs from your workspace.
We may share personal data with trusted service providers who assist with hosting, storage, payment processing, analytics, support, or communications, subject to contractual confidentiality and security obligations. We may disclose data if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition. We do not sell personal data.
We implement encryption in transit, role-based access controls, segregation of customer workspaces, and routine vulnerability testing. Despite our safeguards, no system is entirely secure; please use strong passwords, enable multi-factor authentication where available, and promptly notify us of suspected breaches.
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customer Materials and Generated Output tied to an active account are retained in accordance with workspace settings; upon request or termination we will delete or anonymize data within commercially reasonable timelines, subject to legal holds.
AdClip operates globally and may transfer personal data to the United States or other jurisdictions where we or our providers operate. When transferring data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we implement appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and supplemental security measures.
Subject to local law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, as well as to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update account details in-app or contact us to exercise these rights. You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link or adjusting preferences in your profile.
The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If we learn that a minor has provided personal data, we will take steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Effective" date. If changes materially affect your rights, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.
